Emergency Vent
This is emergency vent, which is designed for venting required for external fire or other abnormal conditions. The emergency vent prevents the tank from cracking or exploding due to excessive internal pressure caused by fire. This type is usually designed to weight-loaded structure. When the set pressure exceeds 6.9 kPa, Spring-loaded vent valves will be selected.
