Following last year's acquisition of the “UV” and “NB” certificates for liquid-operated spring-loaded safety valves, our company successfully passed sampling tests for gas and steam products last month, thereby expanding the scope of certification to include gas and steam media. This certification serves as compelling evidence of Dongwu Safety Valve's product quality and safety standards, and represents a crucial safeguard for Dongwu's entry into international markets and enhanced competitiveness.

The ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) certification is a highly authoritative and professional accreditation in the field of mechanical engineering, enjoying widespread recognition and influence globally. It serves as a “passport” to the international market, with many countries or regions—particularly in demanding industries such as petroleum, chemical, and energy—prioritizing suppliers holding ASME certification for their projects.

To successfully obtain the “UV” and “NB” certificates, DWMC spared no effort, investing substantial human and material resources. The company underwent multiple rounds of rigorous scrutiny by the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors Association (NBBI), encompassing quality system audits, design reviews, manufacturing and inspection process evaluations, design and calculation validations, discharge tests, and product sampling tests. Leveraging robust technical capabilities and stringent quality control, DWMC ultimately passed all assessments and successfully obtained the “UV” and “NB” certificates.
