In October 29, 2014, Wujiang Dong Wu Machinery Co., Ltd. organized a design review of the K-2/K-3 (ACP1000) main steam safety valve, which was jointly developed by Wujiang Dong Wu Machinery Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Engineering Co and China Zhongyuan Foreign Engineering Co., Ltd. Experts and representatives attending the meeting heard the development requirements, design plans and key technologies of K-2/K-3 (ACP1000) main steam safety valve. After full discussion and research, the expert group agreed to design and evaluate the main steam safety valve through K-2/K-3 (ACP1000).
ACP1000 main steam safety valve is one of the key equipment of the main steam pipe of ACP1000 nuclear power plant. The project is based on K-2/K-3 project in Karachi, Pakistan. The final prototype can meet the technical requirements of the K-2/K-3 (ACP1000) main steam safety valve through the design, manufacture, test, test, identification, document compilation and management of the main steam safety valve.
